A Student-created Documentary that highlights the Great risk to Global Soil within the next 50 years and what we need to drive legislation for.

Director Biography – Ayush Talukder

Ayush is a rising junior in the magnet program at Montgomery Blair High School. He has a deep interest and experience in not only STEM but also Media and content creation which he explored in his middle school years in the humanities program at Eastern Middle School. He is a strong advocate of soil health and is an active volunteer at the Healthy Climate Initiative organization. Check out his site here.

Director Statement

I strongly believe that it is never too early to get involved in the use of STEM to repair, renew, and revitalize our country’s natural resources. My Save Our Soil documentary was a part of the StudenCam (CSPAN competition) 2023 and a part of the journey to finding unique ways to solve the Soil problem that our nation faces today and will succumb to by 2050 if we do not take action today. I am excited to share my journey with you.
