Director Biography - Andrew Motte

Andrew Motte is a twenty-five-year-old filmmaker from New York. He currently resides in Bozeman, MT, where he is studying in the Science and Natural History Filmmaking Program at Montana State University. Andrew has covered a wide array of topics in his films, including orca whale conservation, ICE detention centers, and habitat destruction along America’s southern border. His work has been featured in the Colorado Environmental Film Festival, the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival, and the Earth Port Film Festival.


Director Statement

(Wild)life is my first foray into experimental documentary. The film was shot over the course of five days in various locations across the state of Arizona.
